Running: 23 miles

Progress towards 2013 fitness goals:

BB-DL: 77% of BW
BB-S: 77% of BW
BB-BP: 57% of BW

Running: 2.3% of 1000 mi goal (I am a bit behind on the running goal, but I am not terribly concerned.)

Oh, and I have some new lifting shoes!
