May Week 1: No Sugar

May Challenge is going to be a little different, as it is not broken up into different weeks.  For May, I am keeping a Food Diary to keep me accountable on reducing the amount of sugar I take in.  While I have done the South Beach diet, this is not quite that.  I am not removing fruits or vegetables with inherent sugar, just cutting back on recipes and processed food with added sugar.  And, no, I am not going to be posting my food diary.  That seems unbearably boring to read.

I had one little cheat this week, a mixed drink with Simply Raspberry Lemonade.  I did have a moment of weakness when I walked past a Cinnabon, but I kept walking away.   Just to throw in a picture of something I made recently, here are some baked eggs in tomato cups!  The recipe is from Eat Yourself Skinny, my only complaint is that they take forever to bake.
